Stefan comes from Germany and studied Hotel Management at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. After his graduation he worked for more than 11 years in luxury hotels in different countries. During the last couple of years he held the position of Director of Food & Beverage at the 5-star hotels Hyatt Regency La Manga, Castillo Hotel Son Vida and at the Gran Hotel Son Net on Mallorca.

Jens is also german and for the last 4 years he was working as Excecutive Chef at the 5-star Dorint Royal Golf Resort & Spa in Camp de Mar Mallorca. Jens has extensive experience in leading kitchen teams at high quality restaurants and hotels such as the Las Dunas Hotel in Marbella or the german Maritim Hotel chain.
