Stefan comes from Germany and studied Hotel Management at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. After his graduation he worked for more than 11 years in luxury hotels in different countries. During the last couple of years he held the position of Director of Food & Beverage at the 5-star hotels Hyatt Regency La Manga, Castillo Hotel Son Vida and at the Gran Hotel Son Net on Mallorca.

Anderson joined Lila’s in 2017 as Sous Chef and took over the lead from long-time head chef Jens Bräuning at the end of 2019. After studying culinary art Anderson gained some first experiences in first class restaurants in his home country Columbia. After moving to Spain he worked as head chef for the Vino Tinto Restaurant in Valencia and the KOA Restaurant in Palma de Mallorca.

The many years of experience of this management team and their unconditional love of upscale gastronomy are reflected in both the design of the menu and the high quality of service. The goal of offering consistent quality at acceptable prices is never lost sight of.
