The Lila Portals cooking courses in the winter season
Our anual Buena Vista cooking courses in the wintermoths. The courses are led by experienced top chef Emmerich Reutter. You can choose from three different modules and register for your desired course here on this page. Together with the Lila kitchen team, Emmerich is looking forward to share the love for fine dining with you. Over a nice glass of wine and with the fantastic view over the wintry bay, we will be happy to show everything what you need to prepare a perfect dinner menu. After work is done, enjoy your self-cooked 4-course menu together with your new friends. You are also welcome to invite an accompanying person. The maximum number of participants per course is 12 people. The participation fee includes 1 Lila Portals cooking apron, a recipe booklet and your dinner. We already look forward to the next round in 2025 and present the new cooking courses at Christmas time. EMMERICH REUTTER
Emmerich Reutter has been a chef and master chef for almost 35 years and has lived on Mallorca for the last 20 years. During this time he worked for many different restaurants in the upscale and star cuisine. He has been running his own company for private cooking, catering & events since 2019. His cooking style is characterized by depth of taste and sustainability – “The guest should remember what they ate!”

Do you want to discover something new? Then you have come to the right place with our “Black Box Reloaded” cooking course. There is no fixed menu or other settings, rather you get a shopping cart with which you can develop your own menu.
