Stefan Zaelke
After studying at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, German-born Stefan Zaelke, gained over 11 years of experience in the international luxury hotel industry. Most recently as Director of Food & Beverage in the 5-star hotels Hyatt Regency La Manga, Castillo Hotel Son Vida and the Gran Hotel Son Net on Mallorca.

Anderson Mendoza
Anderson Mendoza joined Lila Portals in 2017 as Sous Chef before taking over from our long-time Chef, Jens Bräuning, at the end of 2019. After training in his home country of Colombia where he first started his journey into fine dining, Anderson continued his career on the Spanish mainland, working at various restaurants, including head chef position at the famous VinoTinto restaurant in Valencia, before moving to Mallorca where he has worked for a selection of restaurants, including Koa restaurant.
